Our Policies 

Thank you for choosing Graphics Galore Studio  for your graphic design needs. We are committed to delivering high-quality design services and maintaining a professional relationship with our clients. To ensure a smooth and successful collaboration, we have established the following terms and conditions. These policies outline the responsibilities and expectations for both parties and are designed to protect your interests as well as ours. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your obligations and rights. If you have any questions or require further clarification, do not hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we believe that clear communication and mutual respect are key to achieving the best results. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

General Terms

  • By booking any design service, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

  • All services offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion.

  • Communication is key. Clients must provide necessary information in a timely manner to avoid project delays & fees.

Packages and Services

  • Clients can book specific services without a consultation so please read our policies before booking any of our single design services.

  •  Package deals and high-ticket orders require a consultation.  ( proposals and contracts are required )

  • For services booked without a consultation, clients must submit all required information within the stipulated time frame.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upfront for all design services unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment for package deals and high-ticket orders will follow the terms outlined in the individual contract.

No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the payment is received.

  • In the case of digital products, they are non-refundable and are considered final sale upon purchase.

Digital Product Policy

  • When purchasing digital products from graphics galore studio you are prohibited from reselling or repurposing digital products unless they have obtained a resale license.

  • Any breach of this policy will result in legal action and potential fines.

Ghost Project and Non-Communication Policy

  • Clients are given a 4-5 business day grace period (excluding weekends and holidays) to submit the required information.

  • If the client fails to communicate or provide necessary information within this period, they will receive a 10-day warning.

  • Failure to respond or submit information within this additional 10-day period will result in a 20% project reactivation fee.

  • If the reactivation fee is not paid within 10 days, the project will be terminated.

Termination Policy

  • The designer reserves the right to terminate a project without refund if the client uses foul language, exhibits unprofessional behavior, or fails to communicate effectively.

  • In cases of non-communication, the ghost project policy outlined in the section Ghost Project and Non Communication Policy  will apply.

  • The client will be notified of the termination via email and given reasons for the termination.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Additional Policies

  • Privacy Policy: Outline how client data is collected, used, and protected.

  • Intellectual Property Rights: Clarify ownership of the designs created and any usage rights granted to the client.

  • Revision Policy: Specify the number of revisions included and any costs associated with additional revisions.
