Thank you for choosing Graphics Galore Studio LLC for your graphic design needs. These policies outline the expectations, responsibilities, and terms of engagement between Graphics Galore Studio LLC and the client .
Adherence to these policies ensures a smooth and professional working relationship.
Scope of Work

1. Graphics Galore Studio LLC will provide a detailed project proposal, including the scope of work, timeline, and pricing, which must be approved by the client before the commencement of any work.

2. All deliverables and deadlines will be clearly outlined in the project agreement. Any changes to the agreed-upon scope will require a written amendment and may incur additional fees.
Agreement

1. Graphics Galore Studio LLC will maintain consistent communication with the client throughout the project via email or other agreed-upon platforms.

2. Clients must pay in full for all projects before work begins. No deposits are accepted.
​

3. The client is required to provide timely and constructive feedback to ensure the project progresses as planned.

4. The client must submit all necessary materials, content, or branding elements required for the project within six (6) business days of the project's start date.

5. Final approval of designs must be provided in writing (email confirmation is acceptable).
Expectations

1. Graphics Galore Studio LLC expects the client to respect the agreed timeline for feedback, revisions, and approvals to avoid project delays.

2. Both parties are expected to communicate professionally and courteously at all times. Foul language or threats from the client will result in immediate project termination without refund.

3. Clients who fail to respond to project-related emails for missing information, draft reviews, or communication needs within fifteen (15) business days will be charged a ghost fee of 20% of the total project cost. After thirty (30) business days of non-communication or failure to pay the ghost fee, the project will be terminated without refund.
Payment Policy

1. All projects must be paid in full before any work begins. Payments are made through our website, where clients must read and agree to the policies before purchasing.

2. Invoices sent via email will include all policies attached, and the client must acknowledge and agree to these policies before proceeding.

3. Rush projects (draft delivery only) incur an additional fee based on the service. Revisions for rush projects may extend the timeline.
Refund Policy

1. Graphics Galore Studio LLC operates a strict no-refund policy on all services, including but not limited to designs, revisions, and final deliverables.

2. Refund requests are not accepted after six (6) business days from the date of purchase.
​

3. If the client requests a project pause, it may extend for up to thirty (30) days, depending on availability. Requests exceeding this limit or disrupting other workflows will be denied.

4. Termination due to breach of policy, non-communication, or unprofessional behavior will not result in refunds.
Revisions Policy

1. Each project includes up to three (3) revisions unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $40 per revision.

2. Unused revisions cannot be refunded or credited but will incur a fee of $40 if requested post-finalization.

3. Revisions must be requested promptly within the agreed timeline. Delayed requests may result in extended deadlines and fees.
Turnaround Times

1. Standard turnaround for draft delivery is ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days. Turnaround for custom packages, websites, eBooks, and planners will vary based on service complexity.

2. Rush projects are subject to additional fees and timelines as outlined in the project agreement.
Communication Policy
1. Graphics Galore Studio LLC will respond to client emails or inquiries within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours.

2. No communication will occur on weekends or holidays.
​
3. All client calls are conducted via Zoom and are recorded for quality assurance. By engaging with Graphics Galore Studio LLC, clients consent to being recorded.
Dispute Resolution

1. Clients acknowledge and agree to all policies before commencing work. By making payments, clients accept these terms as binding.

2. Disputes will be reviewed with proof of compliance, including communication records, deliverables, and recorded Zoom calls, ensuring Graphics Galore Studio LLC has fulfilled its obligations.

3. Any unresolved disputes will be governed by the laws of United States Of America /Flordia /West Palm Beach.
Cancellation Policy

1. Graphics Galore Studio LLC reserves the right to cancel a project if the client breaches the agreement, exhibits unprofessional behavior, or fails to meet payment terms. No refunds will be issued for cancellations under these circumstances.

2. If the client requests cancellation, they remain responsible for work completed up to the point of termination.
Liability

1. Graphics Galore Studio LLC is not responsible for errors in materials provided by the client, such as incorrect text or specifications.

2. Clients must thoroughly review all proofs and deliverables. Approval signifies acceptance, and Graphics Galore Studio LLC is not liable for post-approval changes or issues.

Unless Graphics Galore Studio signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to starting the project, we reserve the right to share the work created for you on our social media platforms, portfolio, and marketing materials. This includes, but is not limited to, showcasing designs, behind-the-scenes content, and completed projects to highlight our expertise and attract future clients.

We take pride in every project we create, and sharing our work is a key part of how we grow and connect with others. If confidentiality is a concern, please notify us during the initial consultation, and we can discuss signing an NDA to protect your project.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
