We operate under a strict no-refund policy after six business days of purchase.

Each project includes three revisions; additional revisions are $40 each.

What happens if I don’t respond to project-related emails?
Inconsistent communication after 15 business days incurs a 20% ghost fee, and the project will be

terminated after 30 business days without refund.

How long does it take to receive a draft?
Standard draft turnaround is 10–14 business days, with custom packages varying based on scope.

Can I request a pause on my project?
Pauses are allowed for up to 30 days but may be denied if they disrupt our workflow.

What are your business hours for communication?
We respond to emails within 24–48 hours during business days and are unavailable on weekends or holidays.

Are calls recorded during the project?
Yes, all Zoom calls are recorded, and by working with us, you consent to this.

Do you offer rush services?
Yes, rush services are available for an additional fee, but revisions may delay the timeline.

What happens if my project is canceled?
Cancellation due to breach of policy or unprofessional behavior results in no refunds.

Do you post all your work on social media?
Yes, unless an NDA is signed, we may showcase your project on our social media, portfolio, or marketing materials.
