✦ Clients must complete the contract, payment + onboarding process before the project begins.
✦ Your onboarding form and all required content must be submitted within 6 business days.
✦ Turnaround begins AFTER all required information/content is received, not on the date you purchase.
✦ Sale purchases do not qualify for rush turnaround. Projects are completed according to Graphics Galore Studio's standard turnaround times.
✦ 3 minor revisions are included. Additional revisions are $25 each. A completely new direction/concept is not considered a revision and will require an additional fee.
✦ Clients are responsible for providing accurate wording, photos, pricing, product/service information and other required content.
✦ Website clients are responsible for their Wix subscription, domain and any third-party fees/apps includes 3 revision rounds!
✦ No ghosting. Failure to submit required information within the allotted timeframe may result in a $50 restart/reopen fee.
✦ Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
